Commissions Infos

Pagamentos feitos somente via pix.• The commissioner (referred as "Client") is expected to read through ssubmersa's (referred to as "Artist") Terms of Service (referred as "ToS") before requesting a commission (referred to as "Art Commission". The Client understands that by violating these ToS their commission will be cancelled immediately.• Please look up my pieces to see if you'd like a certain style or aesthetic done before.• Prices stated may vary depending on complexity. Complex backgrounds and elements such as ornate clothing or armor, wings and such are considered extras.• Don't hesitate to ask me any questions about the informations and ToS.

Terms of Service

Will and Will not Draw• Will draw: non-sexual nudity; mild gore; NSFW; antropomorphic characters; backgrounds.
• Won't draw: mecha; body horror; depiction or suggestion of any kind of prejudice; any NSFW drawing that depict/suggest the abuse of vulnerable person and/or animal.
• The Artist reserves the right to refuse any Art Commission request.Revisions and Turnarounds• All revisions are done in the sketch and flat color commission stage, additional fees will be charged for any revisions after those stages.
• The TAT of the Art Commission will depend on the type of commission and it's complexity. The maximum TAT is 1 month. If the Artist needs more time to complete the Art Commission, they will communicate with the Client.
• The Art Commission will be updated throught it's stages. The stages are usually: first sketches thumbnails; color thumbnails; finished piece.Payment and Compensation• The payment will be in USD (United States Dollar) via Paypal or BRL (Brazilian Real) via Pix and must be done as follows:∙ 50% at the beginning of work as a sign.
∙ 50% after receiving the final Art Commission thumbnail.• Past-due final payments shall incur a 10% of the total compensation interest penalty each week the balance is past due. If the Artist must take legal action to acquire final payment, the Client shall pay all of the Artist's legal fees.
• All deposits are nonrefundable unless the Client cancel the Art Commission before any work has been done.Copyright and Personal Use Rights• The Artist should retain moral and copyright rights over all parts and products of the Art Commission.
• The Client holds all rights of the character, as it is their original character created by them.
• After issuing the final payment, all personal use rights of the final Art Commission will be transferred to the Client.
• The Client may use the Art Commission solely and exclusively for the purpose of personal use.
• The Artist will receive credit of authorship for any reproduction of their work, whether when the Client displays the Artist's work publicly, privately or via the internet. The Client cannot try to deceive others into thinking the Art Commission was created by someone other than the Artist.
• The Client will receive credit of authorship for any reproduction of their character. The Artist cannot try to deveive others into thinking the Client's original character is of authorship of the Artist. The designs, hence Art Commission, made by the Artist will receive the Artist's credit of authorship.
• Unless stated by the Client, the Artist may use the Art Commission in their portfolio (including, but not limited to any site that displays the Artist's works).
• The Artist does not consent the use of AI training on the Art Commissions.
• The Clinet is not allowed to sell the Art Commission as NFT.
• The commercial use of the Art Commission is not allowed unless stated by the Client and agreed by the Artist previously.Art Commission Cancellantion and Cancellation Fee• The Client can cancell the Art Commission at any time by sending a writing notification to the Artist's email address <[email protected]>. The Client may ask for full refund only if the Art Commission work has not started yet.
Upon termination, the Client agrees to compensate the Artist as follows:(1) Partial completion [final colored sketch has been done]. If the Artist partially completed the Art Commission (thumbnails, color sketches, lineart, etc) the Client agrees to compensate the Artist for twenty percent 20% of the total compensation as an addition to the initial payment of 50%.(2) Full completion. If the Artist has completed the Art Commission at the time of termination, the Client agrees to compensate the Artist fully, as otherwise provided in the Commission Agreement sent via email.・・・・・
